Adjusting my clock to normal

Tennis at noon All my friends know that I am living in “US Pacific Time” although I am physically in Hong Kong, most of them dare not to call me before noon except for emergency matters. :-) I really enjoy being a “night ghost” but I always know it is not healthy. However, it is so hard to adjust my clock back to normal, especially when most of the European football matches take place around 3 am, I really can’t afford to miss any of them! Something is different today, I managed to get up at 9 am to eat a normal breakfast…

You bet, of course I didn’t wake myself up. Classes can be skipped, but tennis cannot! I got a morning call from my tennis coach this morning and went to play one hour of tennis under the sun around noon in Shatin. The tennis court is surrounded by tall buildings and there was very little (if any) wind. I sweat so much and exhausted even after 15 mins of “warm-up” with my coach! See my picture - absolutely hot to death there!

Bringing with me my new digital video camera (SONY TRV-19E) and the tripod stand, we also shoot some nice videos to be put on HKTennis.com’s Tennis Tutorials Section. By viewing my own play in the videos afterwards, I manage to understand why I have such bad positions and habits, that makes it much easier to correct them (it is another issue whether I could correct them in the end).

Damn…I am burnt out…still feeling hot all over my face and neck right now…

If I don’t get my bio clock back to normal, I have no idea how I could go through the exam month!! Maybe that’s why Manchester United must lose in tonight’s Champions League to give me a chance?
