Teresa Carpio True Love Concert 2004

Teresa Carpio Concert 2004 Going to concert is a rare activity for me, I am not *that* critical when it comes to music - something that I am not quite familiar with. But honestly, there are not many real singers in Hong Kong, most of those Cantonese pop singers are not having their songs recorded, but composed artificially on computers, like the dinosaurs in The Jurassic Park. You are not listening to what actually came out from their mouths! Why can I be so sure? Just spare 30 seconds and listen to their so-called LIVE performance! Sorry, I waste your 30 seconds of valuable time.

Teresa Carpio is one of those few who really know what singing is. Thanks to Ricky and Phoebe for bringing me to her concert tonight, we got the best seats (7th row) for price @ HK$400, it’s a great value for money! I particularly enjoyed the old songs which I have never heard before, the Candy Lo song she sang and of course, the part with surprising guest Jacky Cheung!

I am really looking forward to the Concert DVD release and any of her future performances!

Eureka!

A lot of things have been going on here these days that I got too little time to update my blog. Everything happens so fast in this March, maybe that’s because I got a few large projects on hand at the same time and have learnt various new tricks that always keep my brain busy. So now it’s April, I got some big plans ahead, one of them is revamping my personal website (what you’re looking at) to mark its first anniversary of re-design, another is revamping my corporate site, and the rest are related to my upcoming trip, which will remain private until then.

For now, here are some interesting links to share with you: The Six Patron Saints of Graphic Design, The Top 10 Things They Never Taught Me in Design School, Why content management fails .
