Birthday celebration with Dad
Dad and mom travelled to Jiuzhaigou, Sichuan last week so we had a belated birthday celebration for Dad tonight. Sister and I picked our favourite restaurant in Salitun, Wanchai – Jack’s Terrazza Ristorante for its nice Italian food and service. This time we couldn’t make a birthday cake on our own, but I guess every one enjoyed the evening very much. Just one note, if you don’t like second-hand smoke, make sure you get a table inside.
August/September are busy months for me as I have quite many friends born in these two months. Not really a superstitious person myself, but I can’t help thinking that are we more likely to make a connection with people of certain zodiac signs? I always try to fill up the birthday field in any record in my address book so that I get an idea of the birthday distribution pattern of the people I know:
Capricorn (December 22-January 19): 4

Of course the number of birthdays I entered is too small for any real analysis, but these are the people closest to me and maybe I really have a special link with Pisces, Gemini and Virgo! OK, enough nonsense, I’d better go to bed now as I still have to get up early for work on Saturday, damn!
